When you make an enquiry, we collect your name, email , and telephone (if you prefer to be contacted by telephone) to allow us to respond to your enquiry. When you fill in an enquiry form we also ask if you would like to receive future information from us. If you decline, then we will only respond to your enquiry and will not contact you again about any other topic.

Should you become a customer, we will also collect your address details for billing, to enable us to set up an account for you.

We do not collect or store any financial or sensitive information. If you pay for any of our services on-line, we do not collect or store your financial information. Transactions are handled directly by our banking partners who are specified at the time of any purchase.

When you visit our website you will be asked to confirm that you happy to receive a website cookie. We use cookies to ensure we can give the best experience to visitors to our website. If you continue to use the site we assume that you are happy for use to use cookies. We also use cookies as part of our web analytics.

We use personal information to set up hosting accounts, purchase domains on your behalf and for our own internal accounting.

When do we share personal data?

We treat all personal data confidentially and will never pass it to a third party unless required to do so to satisfy our legal obligations.

Where do we store and process personal data?

Name, address, email and telephone details may be stored in databases on our servers to satisfy the requirements of administering our business or contacting customers. Databases can not be accessed directly from outside the servers and access is controlled by private usernames and secure passwords. All personal data is transferred using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2) meaning it is encrypted during transfer and can not be intercepted.

How do we secure personal data?

Personal data is backed up to other Accentika Internet servers. Backups are only accessible to the Accentika Internet server administrator.

Accounts data is stored in a wholly secure environment by Sage.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

Will retain information as long as you are a customer and up to five years beyond that. If you consent to receive information from us we will retain that consent for three years from the date of consent. Or you can apply to [email protected] to remove that consent at any time.
